Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in HR Business Administration Public Administration Management Law Social Sciences or an equivalent Engineering degree from a recognized institution accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.   • Professional Experience: A minimum of twenty years of relevant professional experience is required at management-level positions. This must include at least three years of experience in a senior-level human resource management position directly reporting to the head of the organization in a reputed private or public sector organization.     • Higher qualification or foreign qualification holders will be given preference.Membership of Professional HR Organizational Development (OD) and Management bodies will be an advantage.Experience in corporate restructuring at the senior level is preferred.

  • Age Limit: Candidates should be up to 55 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement. However, NTDC’s serving officers meeting other prerequisites can apply irrespective of the upper age limit.
